I don't know for sure if the figure of 400,000 is correct. I was told of this figure through a Reg shareholder/friend.

If you look at the news release from November, it states "the Ford Motor Company has approved a budget for developing a program to
test and build a Rand Cam(TM) oil pump prototype for their new automotive transmission. "

I will have to verify the dollar amount. The news release definately states that the Ford motor company has approved a budget.
