To All
The filings are an S-3/A and four subsequent ammendants to three prior 10Q's and 10K reports. The S-3/A which apears to ammend the other prior reports is for the registering for sale of 5,957,347 shares to cover exercisable warrants through March 1998 at $4.00 a share. 1,304,759 shares to cover other warrants exercisable from .41cents to $6.25. Also,
400,000 shares to be sold by various large share holders as part of this offering( interestingly enough Millenium regestered all of it's 250,000 shares). If entire offering is exercised company will collect $26,000,000 to use for working capital. This offering if totally filled, would bring outstanding shares to just over 51,000,000.

Sorry, couldn't print filings as they are pages and pages long.

Interpretations will be left to others with more knowlege of the company than I.
Hope this helps and answers some questions.
