And having him on the line, I said," By the way. . . " then emailed the SEC filing and asked for his interpretation. He said his father argued the Wilson vs. Montgomery Ward case back in the fifties and if he couldn't understand the wording, he was sure his father would. :)) We'll get an answer eventually.
