Got carried away with my ZZZZ's!!! Yes, I know that the failure rate numbers are not publicly available. That's why I suggested that someone contact a person working for IOM that they may know. Of course, this should only be done if its not against the SEC regulations. Failure rate numbers don't mean all that much to the general public. It's customer satisfaction that counts. As I said in my other posting, maybe IOM should have J.D. Power conduct a customer satisfaction poll....if the poll produced good results, IOM good use the poll in their ads. Stock Bull
