An angel investor would be a dummy investing money in a business case that paid significant employees but had no evidence of demand (customers) in the value chain.

However, there are fools out there who speculate on greater fools buying his pieces of garbage paper for magnitudes more. Why worry about customers?? This can also be true in MLM scams.

But when I did/do Angel or Mezz investing; (when I'm not losing my ass on TWTR grrrrrrr) ya gotta show me the customer case.

Tenchusatsu, you think in a manner that short sellers and hedgers LOVE. Let me know what equity you are planning to invest in that has no customers and customer's customer's etc. Thanks!
