Peter, you bought on Dec 9th (after the drop) and of course you don't like to see lawsuits, since you gain nothing by them, you may only lose by them diluting part of the company.

However those who were mislead and lost hard earned money why shouldn't they fight for their money.

Why do you call this doing business. Do you believe anyone drumming up a stock is any less business. If shareholders get together and fight for their money, fight to remove Wiggins, we may recover some of our money. 10% of a loss recovered is better than nothing.

I will continue my fight no matter what the wimps say. Wiggins has to march, and pay for his lies.

Shareholders contacting me are basically forming a strong force in recovering their money and investment.

BTW the class actions are in their already, biting a chunk, why wouldn't you encourage private lawsuits to protect against any dilution.
