KLS's Q2 results are pretty well in line with realistic expectations which means they disappoint many. :-)

Q3 will almost certainly also disappoint given the time table of the new gov regs. KLS will be a solid play for 2016 but I see no reason to rush into it now. Any news on the Manway or trucking side could change that.
