Thank you for your thoughts. I agree that companies are obligated to communicate relevant information with their shareholders. However, I think that Osicom's management has said that they aren't allowed by the NASD to discuss this particular relevant issue. If this is true, it seems that the NASD is the entity that is essentially withholding information and causing harm to Osicom's shareholders.
