What a sad joke this entire TLR/DEQ decision has become. In January you wrote: "In any case... it looks like the years long open-ended risk in the DEQ nightmare is nearly over for TLR and their JV partners." And on top of that if your read the TLR message page you get: "Timberline holds a 50-percent carried interest ownership stake in the Butte Highlands Joint Venture in Montana where gold production is targeted to commence in mid-2013." Will commence in mid-2013, almost over in Jan-2015, and here we are in mid-Aug 2015 still waiting. Oh yes, later this week, or are we going to get yet another delay. This is government at its worst; make the decision NOW, 2 years late! We will see!?
