There is no talk of incarceration. There is no talk of punishment. There is DIAGNOSIS and TREATMENT and MEDICAL CARE. Modern society DOES incarcerate criminals, dope fiends, and often prostitutes. We put unemployables in work "programs". Illiterates and paupers often have mental illness which we often treat in group homes or other facilities--when they don't end up in prison or sleeping on river banks or freezing to death or starving. Or more often than not...finding their way to prison.

The idea TO PUT ALL SUCH PEOPLE ON HEALTH FARMS under medical care may be idealistic and perhaps dated. Most people still believe in a punishment model. FINE.

But please stop misrepresenting what people say and said. Margaret was a great nurse and is universally regarded for her contributions to humanity. Stop spitting on dead people.
