Corporate personhood is a long strange game to gain incumbent marketplace advantage.

Actually, in a sense, Corporations have more rights than people today.

Have you ever seen the owners or executives of a corporation, like PG&E or a Virginia Coal Mine company, or an offshore driller that conspired to bypass safety or environmental laws causing human death, be charged criminally as a person?

Should a corporation count as a person in a carpool lane??

Its interesting to note that even John McCain was once a crusader against corporate personhood. Search "Ron Paul Corporations are not people." Its not just liberals who have been fighting this. ronpaul.com

McCain: "Corporations are NOT people."
