It seems Friday after the bell news on AVNT shows the injunction was only on ArcCell and not on the bread-winning Acquarius product; this may push the price up some on Monday because ArcCell is an obsolete product. Looks like the do or die decision for AVNT is whether there is imposed an injunction on Acquarius product. Considering the clean room episode, delayed injunction on Acquarius inspite of having known they have copied the code (because of hardship portrayal etc) the only positive for a short is Asensio's analysis that indicates an injunction might be levied in 2 weeks time which AVNT may try to delay. Any lawyer types out here eho can comment on how long further this can be dragged? Of course, if the course decides to levy an injunction the fall will be swift.
