pkt.v - there's only 1.5m wts left at .40 ... can't find my notes, think they expire in september, so yes given recent volume and interest they could be a major factor ... the rest [roughly seven million or so?] are at .50-.65, with expiries next year sometime [if memory serves] ... really it hasn't been, and isn't, a paper machine - only approx 32m shs out at this point, and the projects they financed produced a profit last quarter of .43/sh, a penny above where it closed today [calculate that p/e on an annualised basis, lol]

Situation is as forbry says imho, it's just been forgotten ... company did great promotion while they were financing for that approx 10m shares, now with the money they've been building the business, promo can wait because they have no need of finance, such is life ... the may-june-july quarter will be the first full post-JV report, comes out late next month i think, that'll be a big tell as to where they're at in the Grand Plan toward generating consistent dividends, might get some anticipation heading into that time, might not at this rate, i'd just like to point it out here that it's pretty damn cheap all things considered, for future reference

msd.v - got a bit .14 after seeing you post on it ... so far so good ... know absolutely nothing about such a business, fear it of course, probably sell to house-money shs at least on the right-looking run
