ISIS's goal is not to attack 'the Great Satan', or even 'the little Satan' (Israel). It's to found a new Islamic Caliphate. They aren't AQ. Their main threat is to other Islamic states in the region - let them fight for their lives. It just doesn't have to be our fight. Do we care if Assad or ISIS runs Syria? Why should we? Some of the other threatened countries are our allies.
