If an e-mail message is delivered to the e-mail server hosting the private mail account of a government employee, the message lacking identification as being classified, the recipient would not even draw as much as a disciplinary action as a result of any investigation into the matter.

18 USC 798 simply doesn't apply.

If what is reported here is true, your dreams of a Hillary Clinton affair involving her mishandling or disclosure of classified material that would tank her chance of becoming your next president are over.
