My jaw hit the floor when I saw that sale of the 5%. But nothing would surprise me with Faulkner at the reigns. I have no knowledge of the Houston company. In my mind, HEC just found a quick and easy way to generate more funds for development by giving up a very small interest in an unproved property. I don't think they want to give up much interest at this point. This is going to really be a fun thing to watch transpire. I have to fight off the Greedy Bug with this stock.
I'll probably end up kicking myself.
