Jim, after reading your post to I can only say how much we think alike! Let me add, that when situations like this take place with quality stocks like Dell and INTC it creates a wonderful oppertunity for investors that are long to invest at a discount. Yes, there really is a Santa! Pat P.S. I'll only need to post this once. :o)
