Yeah, I took a quick look at the TRGT 8-K you linked and the merger terms are indeed complicated. I wonder what the lawyers were smoking. ;-)
What I noticed was that the converts can be redeemed for cash or exchanged for stock. So I’ll let you make that choice. But please make your choice by the end of the week as I won’t be able to value the converts otherwise.
If you choose to redeem for cash, I’ll reallocate that cash (~$1.079 per share) along with the ~$.5686 per share dividend to the other stocks in your portfolio.
If you choose to exchange for stock, I’ll add those shares to your CBIO portfolio holding.
I’m assuming there will eventually be a TRGT/CBIO filing that gives the exact numbers. But, until then, I’ll value your portfolio using the estimates in the 8/4/15 TRGT press release.
