Based on several direct comments by KE in the past, I higly doubt th they are selling oem below cost. Even so, another way to look at it is to consider that every sku slot filled by a Zip is one less available to competitor. If the *profit* derived from gaining and holding sku slots ( it is a zero sum situation) were factored in the accounting, then it might be possible to make a case for selling below *production cost* and still come out in the black on a net bottom line figure.
