Yes - TC2000Pro should have no trouble. The first link gives you the criteria. I'd write it for you but old Tc doesn't have Rel. Strength, and I don't know the "grammer" of the new TC. Marty goes farther tho in the use of his Perl script to calculate number of times a candidate has made the list. Perl is new to me. I would suggest that you make a watchlist from his output, rather than try to duplicate his labors. I am including his current watchlist below. In this format (list) you can just drop it in to Quotes Plus. Not sure what TCPro requires though.
