So we have a CCB booster club member, perceived by some to be employed by CCB, having to be disciplined for running afoul of rules and regulations...it must be something in the staff's water cooler.


You must be talking about Threshold? He was employed by CCB did not let anyone know on TCC and when I found out, he was gone. So you might want to check to see if he is now employed by ZEN?
He went to CCB management and said he/his company would promote CCB for some options. When he was found to be in violation of his agreement with CCB he was terminated.
CCB employs no one else. So you must be referring to Threshold?
