vette, what would you do if you were in Duncan's shoes?

I called Bruce Duncan, he is very approachable, and asked him about those bulk sample permits, all one has to do is call him!
The bulk sample permit is a non event , after the initially reply, they just have to renew it once a year, just like a drivers license , it is free of charge takes 3 pages and some pictures and voila! I know what I would do.

I would renew that sample permit every year, whether I needed it or not.
Why would you let it expire, possibly having to re-apply all over again? |
