you don't keep applying for a bulk sample permit if your not doing a bulk sample
vette, I disagree. If the permit is free and the application simple, you renew the permit so as to keep your options open.
Six months or one year down the road, you may want to perform another bulk sample.
With the renewal permit in hand, you call up the contractors and get to work immediately.

CCB management has acted proactively and in a very forward thinking manner.
