Dark Clouds Are Moving In Quickly Gold continues to consolidate as traders are hesitant to sell within the uncertainty surrounding international financial markets. The Chinese yuan has stabilized for the time being, but the general global dynamics continue to argue for further currency depreciation. Brazil is on the verge of collapse. Equity markets are hanging by a thread. The IMF remains reluctant to participate in the Greek bailout. Ms. Yellen, please raise the rate to save face, but then begin working on a QE 4, please. The risks to the global financial system have not been as high since 2007. This is not the time to give up on gold, as a diversifier for your portfolio. Peter Hug
