KZAP,

I need to say, DGMAC though has many years of experience he isn't making sense to me at all. DGMAC, can you find anything positive that has taken place recently. Well I read AOL board and they have several posts that I think worth looking. Here they are:

I would love to bet everything I have on this stock, however I do have my own (God bless the child who has his own) and wild plays like that are not needed. I will say I have approx 1.2 pecent or so of my net in this Co.. I like TOKYOMEX, but well, he spends a lot of time giving out free advice. He may be correct. I am wondering why no one has spoken to SEC based on his comments. Or has some oen? What is the responce? It is my
understanding that the laws are serious and if people knowingly misslead us investors thay can be held accountable. Hey free advice (most of the time) is worth about what you pay for it. I have done my best to resherch all I can about this Co. I am concerned about any information on NETZ that anyone has that can show unlawful behavior. There must be one lawyer out there or someone with connections who can look at the comments made by TOKYOMEX.
Hey Joe, where you going with that gun in your hand? Did you find NETZ messing with another man? I am a gambler with penny stocks. I was not keen on holding a stock (COMS) that droped eight dollars and was halted from trading. It opened at 32 down 6 3/8 (approx). 20 million shares traded and it went no where so I decided to dump it. It trade 70 some million. I see it took some bounces however I had to make a dicision and I sold it. Some
people feel 3 com is a lock but there are a lot of people out there who thought that same thing at 38, 40, 45, 55, 65,70 81? Well, gambler. ya I am that. If you go into penny stocks and you do not think that, well to me, your fooling your self. I went to the javits center. I saw the product. I like what I am hearing about the client base. But hey if someone has information to support a class action suite, then please put up. other wise place
your bets and play your cards. Well, ya'll have a good one. Kenny

I am not a shareholder of this stock. I am however the person who got Kenny involved in this stock and much taken back when he bought more at .45 after selling and making a substancial profit. I have been following this stock and I beleive many of the concerns about Being a Scam Printing Paper in Europe. Is all nonsence. I have a theory as to why the float has expanded. If you read the release were it names the NEW CEO. You will see that they
bought his company and plans to do this by giving him CASH and STOCK. Now being a smart chap that he is, this CEO says" look I'm willing to get on board with you guys but if i'm going to commit my buisness and my time to this start up company, I want some money UP FRONT". This is answered by, " look we got his great Prodigy release coming out. We will sell ia bunch of into the good News. The price will stay the same, you'll get your money we still
have the account to build on, and we can all focus on the buisness at hand. JUMPING into the FASTEST GROWING INDUSTRY on the PLANET" A bit of rule bending here, but one must take drastic actions sometimes to compete with the big boys. Just a theory I know. But it is food for thought. Did anybody notice that YAHOO went up 3 bucks on a down market. Internet is starting to make people money. And alot of people are going to get rich. Now if I can
only convince Kenny not to sell when this baby takes off. I realize that I am opening my self up to much Bashing. But my theory is at least as sound as any others I have heard out there.
