Remember this.... 1996 Annual Report. We look foward to 1997 and beyond with optimism. There is a tangible spirit of excitement throughout the company as we have "successfully" made the transition from a research and development company to one designing manufacturing and selling consumer products. We are continuing to develop attractive new sporting goods products with our therpoplastic and thermoset materials, offering "superior qualities" compared to steel,aluminum and other plastics. We are also evaluating strategic acquisions within, and outside of, the sporting goods industry to achieve diversification and " accelerate growth". We've laid the groundwork and developed the infrastructure over the past two years to head into the "future" with a focused eye on product development, "revenue growth" and "profitability". I'd like to thank our mangement team and all the employees at Quadrax for their dedication and loyalty, and our "shareholders" for their continued "support". James J.
