For the record, we own Checkpoint Systems (CKP), not Checkpoint
Software. The two are often confused because of the similarity of the names.

Charlie Smith is correct. The Ckfr SEC filing apparently cleans up some language in the company's poison pill. I don't think it's worth fretting over or looking for hidden agenda's.
