No because that would presume guilt before innoncence. But, if you have been listening, you would have realized I have not owned ZEN since I sold at $3.40+ on the CLF sale. It is self imposed because I do not want anything to muddy my attempts at retribution. I have not shorted (I don't do VSE shorts) and I have not traded or longed. So its a self imposed cease trade order lol I have also offered all my trading records for all my accts regarding ZEN to the OSC without subpena. They told me they will not be needing them. Sure sounds like they are doing nothing eh
