No idea, he seems to think having it in print to back up what was said in the Internet is most important. Or, its just some jibberish and part of a tirade with no follow through. Its the follow through on the tirade that matters, because its stated in writing what he stated on SH in a rant. When you file with an agency that can invoke damages like the OSC, then their is intent on the part of the complaintants to inflict harm, not just in words but in damages as well. All based on a "criminality comment"
No idea whats going on, but we will be busy this winter. So if I understand this correctly. I can say HooterHanna, yur a criminal. You may or may not take that as a serious comment. However if I say, HooterHanna, yur a criminal and I have filed so with the OSC under file number XXXX with the intent of proving you are a criminal. Things change very quickly. Especially when I then follow it up with. SGS RPA a BOD, internal investigations by ZEN etc etc etc. |
