Chief, the period to sue LT has passed.
If you were to call me a criminal, and I was serious about suing, you would have a libel notice in your hands within one month. My duty would be to prove you said it, yours would be to prove it's true, as malice destroys the other defenses and this is one big malicious playground.
Bottom line, if you get defamed in the future, file and deliver a libel notice to the defamer......then go gather your evidence. A lot of terrible things have been said on these boards, including by me, but this is not the place to settle or threaten legal matters.
