When you set up an organization specifically to limit liability the people you're dealing with have specific knowledge of the entity they're dealing with. I don't know what the circumstances were but I am pretty much 100% certain whatever happened was adjudicated by a bankruptcy court and that's that.

Unless there is an allegation of illegal activity I'm not sure what you're belly-aching about.
