Isn't it amazing how subdued the VIX has been the past week.... Today we saw the SPX and the NASD close below their 200 DMA and close on there lows for the day.

There is no question that there is a huge concern regarding global growth.....or more accurately global contraction.

It was very insightful that Ed Yardeni, who has been one of the biggest bulls on the US stock market commented today that he was going against history in that we have seen a global commodity bubble pop
and seeing emerging market carnage and this would typically cause a bigger bear market in the US equities

I think that volume today was the highest since 2012....
