Grover and all other thread participants: somebody please do the math. If my memory serves me correctly from the previous releases and the previous posts: the merger would bring 3.5 mil annual earnings, with the current share count at 55 mil( not that it would necessarily remain the same ), would that bring an immediate eps of .063? Granted, this is all speculation. Someone please correct me. Jin.
