Thanks for the update. I did call the company again and after a little questioning, they referred me to their lawyer. I understand they are not claiming $50,000,000 against Global anymore so maybe they are working things out and the company can go ahead. Your news sounds very positive and I noticed that the price went up on Friday. Should I buy some more here?
