vip, My current shorts in order of the biggest positions to the smallest is YHOO, AOL, DELL, AMZN, ZITL, VIAS, and CITX with even smaller amounts in ECI, RMBS and PSFT! <Japan probably will not go below 15000> Glad you included the word "probably" in the above statement for if you hadn't I would bet a million that you were going to be wrong! For the famous last words in the stock market is "It will not do this or it will not do that"! I think you will see Japan a few thousand points lower over the course of the next few months! Do not over estimate what the IMF can do for some of these countries! vip, as good a company as DELL is I will very seldom go long on a high tech company! I like to invest in companies that use high tech within their companies to be better companies, for those companies can buy what ever the hot technology is at that time! Seen too many companies come and go over night in the high tech field and they are usually gone before most investors can get out! Hope you and yours have a happy holiday season and a great 1998!
