It's NOAA's El Nino forecast from February 2015. That's 6 months ago. I'll add a screen shot.



LOL! ENSO-neutral after NH spring. Wow! Here we are 6 months later, and it's the 'Godzilla' El Nino. What a bomb of a forecast. You expect me to believe whatever shitty model this study is based on? Garbage in, garbage out.
