John and all, Starpoint almost certainly has its low firmly in place. I expect this thread will not go dormant again anytime soon. If the country risk holds at a reasonable level, current buyers will have good reason to smile. I was in STS in 6/96, made the roundtrip up and back, out in 8/97. Back in again 12/97.
