This was the official report from the City of Mobile. Given tickets were required for entry I suspect the number is about right. The stadium seats 42,000. But there were people standing on the field so it sounds correct.

Whatever, the crowd is downright amazing for a primary field with 15 people in it. Trump has essentially eclipsed the entire field. Fiorina, who should be in there, totally absent from the scene. All the major players, absent. Cruz, Bush (almost absent), all the rest of them.

What is really striking is how much better Trump is getting at this, and how quickly it is happening. And how quickly people who were saying, "No way I'd vote for him" are now saying, "Damn, I may need to re-think this."
