Not really following things much lately. On and off. Wouldn't be the best person to ask. ADNV was rumored to merger when I started talking to/about them but nobody was listening. If PHV is a parent company or a related business company, it can only be good as ADNV was a profit center. Haven't followed it enough recently to know what/who PHV is, but that is how I would judge it if I did and you probably do.
