They changed it to climate change cause for propaganda reasons when they recognized the earth wasn't warming anymore. They figured they could get silly people to get frightened over EVERY weather event that happens in the world and think there is some kind of crisis.

In the real world, the climate is always changing and it's not driven solely by what people do. You should start thinking about the things you believe and not being such a gruber.
