rules force decisions . . down to half of one position in the max 4 stock positions margined portfolio account . . got a lot of cash to put to work when the next rally comes . . I'd guess 70% to 80% of my best plays occur after the market has an important reaction . . reactions set the stage for new leadership . . my thoughts for what they are worth . .
