He produced a deal to let NK get nukes, helped Hugo Chavez steal an election, and conspired with the Soviets against his successor out of bitterness at losing to him. After leaving office, he kept making the world a worse place. As we can expect Obama to unless he's too lazy (laziness being his best quality).
