You DO think these little floating balls will keep bird poop out of the water. What is going to keep these little floating balls from rolling around? Or keep bird poop, which is runny, from running off to the side?

you've failed to demonstrate that covering a reservoir means more bacteria. You must have an abundance of research papers

I don't need to demonstrate it and I don't need any studies. I know uv light kills bacteria and anything floating on the water will provide shade and block uv light.
