You were also pretty sure Obama would retire in disgrace to his Hawaiian mansion in Jan. of 2013. "The water has living things in it already." Yes; that's why I keep saying reservoirs have bacteria, and that's why it gets treated between the reservoir and the consumer. That particular reservoir even gets stocked with fish, in order to bring the fish shit/ gallon up to specifications. Won't get much fish shit in covered reservoirs.
