Just googled it did not find anything. Everyone and their brother seems to want to move to the Bay Area these days anyway. Now that oil patch hurting folks that once would have gone to TX dreaming of paradise in the cheaper sunbelt coming here for jobs in addition to all the other drivers<ng> Housing bubble 2.0 in full swing..
