Art, I think you're right! But it was the OLD management of CVIA that made a deal with Select Capital last spring. That contributed to CVIA's problems.

Of course, there were other things as well that compounded the problems and I think the OLD management handled things very poorly!!

As I mentioned before, I have followed CVIA for about 3 years. If it weren't for Jack Arnold picking up the pieces last August, I don't think there would even be a company. I really admire what he has done!!

I refer to Jack Arnold as the NEW Management and believe me, the difference is like night and day! One time when I called CVIA several months ago, I talked to Jack about Select Capital. He told me that the association between CVIA and Select has been severed. He really had nothing good to say about them at all. He was simply focused on rebuilding the company and doing whatever it takes to accomplish that.

In talking to him, I got a sense of solid determination. And thus far, I have been pleased and impressed with what he has done. I'm excited about the prospects. Just my opinions, of course. Time will tell.

Best wishes,
Brad
