My guess is that the reason that you got the busy signal is that there were probably several other CVIA shareholders doing the same thing! I did notice that another CVIA shareholder mentioned that they got their fax to go through today!

As far as the company that you mentioned, it may very well be the case that the former CVIA Management ( that is no longer around!) had worked with this company to raise financing!

I don't want to comment on it one way or the other, because I am not privey to the details! But my guess would be that with Jack Arnold at the helm, that the chances of this company you mentioned having anything to do in the future with CVIA, is probably very remote!

I think that Jack Arnold has taken a lot of first hand learning, into the merger discussions, and I think that he has had to get right back to the grass roots level in efforts to give us a chance at emerging this shell into a solid, profitable business!

I will keep my opinion to myself about the company you mentioned!
