Kennedy was a BIG factor in getting liberals to stay home on election day in 1980. He was a typical narcissistic bastard.

I agree with the latter, but I don't remember and can't even imagine a liberal staying home in 1980 and not voting against Reagan cause TK wasn't on the ticket.

Also, the Military Industrial Complex DID NOT want Carter to serve another term.
They wanted to sell bolts for $1000 and toilet seats for $10,000 and Reagan was the guy that could make that happen and he DID!!!!

Good Lord, another big conspiracy.
