The january effect is pretty consistant, however, its just a technical event. i'm a big believer in trading fundamentals. Would much rather own cpq @ 24x earnings than dell@ 42X. If things get ugly, theyre both gonna crater. What # of cpq's sales are into se asia vs what % of their costs? Keep in mind, this is one of the fastest growing industries in the world, are you willing to risk missing the rally over the market feeling heavy? I've got a bid for your stock. Oh yeah, you heard it here first... compusa should buy gateway.
