You think it was a co-inky dink HAL stock went from $9 to the moon from the day Cheney took the VP spot? I'm not a fan of Cheney, but for somebody to think he selected himself as VP because Bush was too stupid to do it is TOTAL GRUBERIZATION and hate speech. Cheney certainly profited.......but to think anybody in the obama administration is not profiting, is sheer idiocy and partisan insanity.
